Beaky blinder is a 4.5% unfined golden ale, a blend of hops from the USA and the UK give it a complex character, it’s a bold, bad ass beer that will leave you desperate for the next one. It’s suitable for vegans and so may have a slight natural haze.

23/8/2023. Cask at the 44th Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours very slightly hazy golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma of orange, citrus, straw, stone fruits. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. soft carbonation. Liked this.

Cask at Great Derbyshire Beer Festival. Pours a hazy golden brown with a msall frothy white head. Some vanilla and malts in the aroma. More bitter and fruity to start with in the mouth, with some hints of ginger. After a while sweetness and malts come through to dominate. This is decent. It has a bit of character – unlike a lot of golden ales.

Cask @ Cooper's Tavern, Burton-on-Trent. Pours a clear gold, white froth atop. Fruity nose. Taste is lightly fruity, balanced golden ale, moderately sweet with gentle malt with a light bitterness. Simplistic but satisfying enough.
