Bottle at Salon piva. Very easy drinking, well attenuated, med-light carbonation level. Light sourness, liggt tartness, same amount of bitterness and also sweetness. All in very good balance. The character is fresh, natural, quite tasty. Very good.

330ml bottle, thanks to Cuso! Pours misty pale yellow, light apple sweetness on the nose. Fairly light character overall, gentle acidity, a touch salty, breezy distant green apple fruit, thin apple skins, very hard to believe this is 7.2%. Simplistic sweet cider.

Tap from producer. Hazy yellow color with no head. Aroma of sour apples, clove. Nice dry taste with apples, clove. Very Good and refreshing.
