“My own place is nearer to the rising of the sun”
Meadows and listlessness is what summer is made for: warmth and freshness, brightness and calm. Of Summer brings subtle tones of apricot, melon, grapefruit and a hint of freshly mown grass. Melded with these flavours is a honey-like sweetness from the touch of melanoidin malt in the grain bill which brings this delicate sour to a refreshing close. Ignore the Gods and Fighting men; be instead of summer.

Keg @ Beer Heroes, Chester. Pours a misty pale gold, thin white head. Aroma is lactic, floral hop. Tangy sour character to taste with a tickly acidity, some bright fruity moments with grapefruit notes. Nice refresher.
