Bottle at The Sunflower. Crystal clear pink color, lightly fizzy with no head. Apple comes first in the aroma, plum s distant secong. Plum does better in the tadte but still dorsn't overwhelm the apple. Ginger is subtle throughout. On the sweet sude. OK

Bottle from Fairleys or was it KWM? One of those! Appearance - amber to orange with an edge of pink. A foamy head initially which then disappears. Nose - plum and apple for sure, a bit jammy and there's a bold ginger note. Taste - plum, apple and ginger again. Palate - light to medium bodied, a little sweet. Steady carbonation refreshes somewhat. Overall - I like this. But maybe that's because I like plum in beers and ciders.

500ml bottle from Busby's Cellar online. Orangey-pinkish colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of plum & ginger. Taste is sweet, with spicy ginger, sugary, and apple & plum fruity notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-sweet ginger & plummy finish. Quite OK, ginger-ale like.

500ml bottle @ Dudmaston Hall, Bridgnorth. Pours a hazed deep purple, sparkling. Taste retains the nice fleshy fruit bite of the medium with good plum integration and prominent root ginger that all combine to good effect. Decent balanced plum and ginger cider.
