Noir c'est noir. Certains diraient qu'il n'y a plus d'espoir, mais nous on pense plutôt l'inverse: notre Cascadian Dark Ale va te faire changer d'avis sur les bières noires. Légère en bouche, attaque amère, finale torréfiée. Et toujours 100% houblons de Flandres. Zbrla.

75cl bottle shared with my father-in-law in Eecke. Pours a misty dark / black, small off-white head. Aroma has some nice roast with a little pine needle. Taste has a confident roast element, a touch of coffee with a hop bitterness that hints towards pine. Body seems a touch light. Not a bad CDA.
