75cl bottle from local deli, Annecy. Pours a misty gold, thin white bubbles. Aroma has a wild, barnyard funkiness to it, soft apple. Palate has a light natural sparkle. Taste has a certain sourness, wild apple orchard fruit, very soft tannins, some stewed apple, light caramel. Interesting and different for a French cider, especially a low strength Doux.
