Reworked and reimagined from last year’s popular 10 Barrel Series beer, Session Pale Ale v2 continues our quest for a low ABV brew which packs the flavour punch of a much bigger beer. The 2017 version takes inspiration from brewers in New England. We’ve added malted oats to the grist to boost the body and swapped out the hops for Citra and Centennial. The bulk of the hops were added late in the boil and as a dry hop for an intense aroma and low bitterness, complementing the juicy character of a Vermont ale yeast strain.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold, large rocky white head. Aroma of dry-hopped citrus, some grassy malt. Quite light on the palate, very light breezy citrus, grassy malt, a little thin but still a decent, quaffable session pale.
