330ml bottle from La Moustache Blanche, Paris in the presence of the brewer. Pours a hazy gold, small white head, although the bubbles seem to continually exit the bottle after a small pour. Aroma of citrus, pithy tangerine. Taste similarly fruity with zesty tangerine, mandarin, citrus zest and soothing sorachi ace on the finish. It's a nice combination, with a bright bitterness but the carbonation could do with being toned down a bit. Decent saison from a promising new brewery.
