Hazy pale yellow colour, minimal white head; aroma and taste of lime, lime peel, grainy-bready notes and moderate basil. Very refreshing

330ml bottle from Cave a Bulles, Paris. Pours a hazy pale straw, thin ring of white head that persists. Nice lime zest in the aroma. Taste is bright, floral, zesty with some welcome lime juice, and yes basil is there. Good, interesting, flavoursome saison.
