All the way is a session IPA brimming with hops yet with lower alcohol level than an ordinary American IPA. Its well balanced body is backed up by Amarillo, Cascade, Citra and Columbus hops. Take a seat!
Feeling that something was missing from our IPA-range, and the emergence of Session IPA's, made us want to try to make a low-ABV beer with as much hoppyness as the stronger siblings. Hops really became our main focus. During the test batch process the mantra came to be 'more hops, more hops'. And to be honest, we might sill feel that way, though we'll probably never be satisfied with the amount. Don't get us wrong, it's a fantastic beer, but you know, more hops is more hops. And, more is more (hops).

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh and dry grassy, leafs, pine needles, citrus peel, hops, bark, moss, minerals, lawn, light malts, weeds. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, lawn, hay, bark, light malts, minerals, hops, paper, leafs, moss. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and harsh grassy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Flaske 330ml fra Systembolaget Stockholm - Vasagatan. Gylden. Middels høyt luftig skum som daler. Litt uklar. God plommearoma. Smaken fersken. Blir syrlig tørr etter hvert. Litt bunnfall. Gjennomgående preg av grapefrukt. God.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Dark yellow with white head. Hoppy, grass aroma with floral notes, perfume and some very light citrus. Taste is harshly bitter with grass, herbs, zest and caramel. Not off, but very uninteresting.

KØLF 170616. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, caramel, malt, grass, hay, grapefruit. Flavour is citrus, caramel, malt, grass, hay, grapefruit. Medium body. Easy drinkable beer.

Bottled. Goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is big time tropical fruits along with some nectar and mild malty notes to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, some resiny notes as well as some slight bready and earthy notes. Mellow bitterness. Easy to drink, but at the same time quite tasty. Good session beer.

On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Clear gold amber colour lasting cream head. Sherbet pink grapefruit aroma. Lovely hoppy flavour. Light in the malts but enough to carry the hops. Bitter on the finish. More pink grapefruit and lemon. Decent.
