The second single hop beer of the 10 Barrel Series and this time we’re using another brewery favourite. Mosaic is so named because of the range of aromas and flavours it brings and we decided a lower ABV, American Pale Ale with a simple grain bill would be a great choice for its showcase. We love the complex, tropical fruitiness that Mosaic delivers in this beer.

330ml bottle from Stori, Bala. Pours gold with a light haze, medium white head. Aroma is fresh with light citrus. Bright on the palate with good carbonation, mosaic presence could be more pronounced but it is there with a soft underlying fruitiness and light bitterness. Well-rounded but needs a little more Mosaic shining through.
