Sample, thanks fonefan! Black, small head. Intense aroma of marzipan, aniseed, red berries and chocolate. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Cinnamon, saké, chocolate and marzipan. Warming mid bitter finish. Complex, intense and really good.

hazy amber colour with reddish hue, one inch creamy and stable yellowish-bright beige-ish head; aroma of dried apricot and pear, maybe some cherry, too, biscuity and caramel notes, as well as slight Christmas spices; well balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be detected in the aroma with dark chocolate and minimal alcoholic spiciness in the aftertaste; not among the best quadrupels I've tasted so far but still enjoyable
