hazy amber colour with reddish hue, one inch creamy and stable yellowish-bright beige-ish head; aroma of dried apricot and pear, maybe some cherry, too, biscuity and caramel notes, as well as slight Christmas spices; well balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be detected in the aroma with dark chocolate and minimal alcoholic spiciness in the aftertaste; not among the best quadrupels I've tasted so far but still enjoyable

[Copenhagen 2017] Thanks to yespr! Sampled draft @ Taphouse. Dark amber, little white head. Nose is stale cacao, nutmeg, spice, allspice. Taste is overripe fruit, low cooked pumpkin, too soapy, all spices. Soap & BE bodied, not that great it fares.
