Bottle 350ml @ gunnfryd 50th birthday tasting
Pours almost clear as water with a white head. Aroma has notes of red and green apples and sulphur. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long red apple and sulphur finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

350 ml bottle. Pale golden body without any head, just a few bubbles. Quite mild apple aroma and really not much more in the nose. Flavor is slightly acidic apples, yellow apples and apple core. Medium sweet. Decent and quite clean cider with a fine balance between acidity and dryness, still miss more character, but not bad at all.

Tiny fizzy shortlasting head, clear light straw colored. Aroma is slightly sweet fruity, apple skin, yellow apples, hay, sugar, grass, hints of caramel and pears. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, sorrel, apple skin, sour apples, alcohol, hay, minerals, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.
