Draught@HBF2016. More or less black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is coffee, some nutty notes, mild cinnamon, liquorice and some toffee as well. Flavour is very similar in a good balance. Big time roasted coffee, which along with the chili gives a nice burn to it, but not ruining your palate.

Tap at HBF2016. Opaque black color, small brownish head. Vegetably chilli aroma, roasted malts. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Roasted malts, heavy vegetably and spicey chilli burn. A bit too chillish.

Draft @ Brewdog, Helsinki. Pours dark with receding tan head. Herbal aroma. Taste is herbal, spicy, roasted malts, chocolate with a light chili kick on the finnish finish. Considering I don’t often like chili beers this isn’t bad.

Draught @ Brewdog Helsinki. Pours pitch black with a massive foamy brown head. Aroma of spices, peppers, roasty malts, hints of coffee, dark chocolate, berries and vegetables. Taste is sweetish, spicy and syrupy with some roastiness, spices, chili and dark chocolate. Finish is sweet, roasty and mildly spicy with hints of warming chili and ash. Okay, a bit too sweet though.

(Keg at Punavuoren Ahven, 20151219) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized, dense, lightly brown and it lasted long. Aroma had bell peppers, chilli, coffee and burnt malts. Palate was full bodied and with burning from chilli and medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, bell peppers, coffee, hops, chilli and bitterness. Afteraste had coffee, ash and burning from the chillies. A good strong stout with chillies. I liked the pepper taste.

Draught @ Punavuoren Ahven. Aroma has strong chili notes, some licorice and coffee. Flavour has jalopeno, coffee, some roasty malt and somewhat salty licorice. Finishes with moderate chili burn, does not dominate. Well balanced and enjoyable.

Draught @Punavuoren Ahven. Day Of Perkele event. Pours black with a thin brown head. Peppers, molasses, soy sauce, sweetness in aroma. Some chili burn in the back. This really tasty of paprika, sweet molasses, roasted malt, peppery spiciness. Not a fan of these sweet IS, it’s like Pime Öö, too sticky sweet for my tastebuds.
