500ml bottle from Beerdock, Crewe. Pours black with beige head. Juniper on the nose. Taste is rye-heavy with grainy soil, earthy rye and a firm bitter linger. Very little juniper coming through and I must say I expected it to be a bit sweeter than this.

Cask at Birmingham Beer Bash; dark brown pour with a frothy beige head, spice and light fruit aroma, taste has a hint of rye spiciness along with some dark fruit action.
