From bottle with my parents on my their canal boat on the Llangollen 18.06.22. Clear pale straw colour. Fine taste of apple peel, wild apples and white wine. Good complexity!

500ml bottle from The Bhurtpore Inn, Aston. Pours a clear gold with a fresh orchard aroma, has a nice sparkle. Taste is an accessible medium sweet blend, light with a slight Strongbow syrupyness. Despite this it’s really not that bad for a small producer, definitely a cider-maker to watch.
