Fles 33cl thuis. Koffiedrab, caramel, maltig, zoetige, vrij dun voor deze abv, donkerrood fruit, suikers, redelijk koolzuur, brandy, boozy. (23-8-2019).

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, toffee, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, nuts, over ripe fruits, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

NYC Opening Bash: pours copper with a nice head. Aroma is coffee and heavy maltiness. Kind of sweet. Milky coffee sort of taste. Good texture. BW aspect subdued.

Flight at Crafts. Pours unclear amber. Aroma is coffee roast, some green peppers, fresh cut grass. Body is heavy and strong, quite sweet, lots of coffee beans over barley wine character. Sweet warming palate. Good!

A beautiful beer, reddish-brown, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has strong and dominating coffee, some caramel malts, it's difficult to find anything else. Taste is more balanced, coffee, caramel, balanced sweetness, some bitterness. Almost full bodied. There are too much of coffee.

(Keg at Ota Olut 2018) The beer poured mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had coffee, caramel and malts. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, coffee, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had coffee and sweetness. A too sweet brew with strong coffee notes.
