Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Barcelona. Had to change the beer, smelled like butter - bartender said it was normal Wylie yeast fluctuation - nope it's infected - same brewery where cans exploded at home. They make good stuff, but this was not. Effervescence moyenne voire haute, buttery, diacetyl, qcq notes herbacée et sèches au niveau des houblons.
