Bottle from Geers. Hazy dark orange, small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of pine, grapefruit peel, onion, blood orange, biscuit, ripe mango, paprika. Taste has sweetish mango & orange; bitter core of grapefruit peel, citrus, pine & onion; tad biscuity. Piney hoppy finish, resinous, quite bitter, grapefruity yet weirdly spicy too. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Not bad but spiciness feels out of place.

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, grapefruit and resiny sweetness. Quite sweet and bitter. Over medium body and soft carbonation, smooth creamy. I like this old school stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of Steal This Beer on 11 Jan 2020 at 02:40 - Score: 7. Original review text: Clear golden with white head. Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with big fluffy off white head. Sweet malts, dank weedy hops, light cheese, grapefruit peel, orange, soft grassy, caramel, dried flowers. Over medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied with oily feel. Classic style DIPA, it's decent but not great.
