Fields of Fire is a Öland inspired Strawberry Saison brewed with Ölandsvete and strawberries. It has a dry mouthfeel, subtle hoparoma and the strawberries make the beer slightly tart.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 26 Sep 2019) Hazy reddish amber colour with frothy, pinkish, white head. Fruity nose with notes of strawberries, raspberries, red fruit and vanilla. Fruity, tart taste with strawberries, raspberries and lime. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Keg at SBWF 19. Hazy orange colour, rich head. Rich aroma of strawberry and grass. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Strawberry jam and lemon. Low bitterness.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours pinkish orange with a white head. Fruity aroma with saison yeast. Taste of wheat, strawberries, straw and a little yeast.
