Weizenbier, hell und unfiltriert, mit naturbelassener Hefe, erfrischt durch seine Spritzigkeit. Ein gut gehopftes Trinkvergnügen.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy orange colour, small white foamy head that leaves some lace. Aroma is wheat, yeast and some quite citrusy notes as well. Flavour is wheat, yeast, some maltyness as well as mild citrusy notes. Mild toffeeish notes in the finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy to cloudy yellow with a collapsing white head. Spiced and wheaty dry aroma. Initial flavour is mild wheaty yet without any classic ester notes. Mild sweet to dry into the finish. Mild acidic and light fruity finish.

Bottled. Hazy golden, faint head. Papery orangey nose. Sweet and soapy with light-medium body. Some wheat crackers but destroyed by a combination of lacking of pleasant flavours and massive amounts of cardboard.

Bügelverschlußflasche (discovered by MoritzF!): Hazy, golden coloured, moderate sweet-fruity nose: ripe bananas, lemons, traces of cloves with a yeasty touch; light sweetish (fruity) flavour, light bodied; slightly tart and sweetish fruity finish with a tinge of bitterness. O.K........and boring!

(swing top bottle) Cloudy orange colour with a fluffy slightly off-white medium head. Aroma of wheat, banana and pear with grassy hops in the background. Bittersweet flavour, almost medium bodied, smooth carbonated. Pear-fruity and wheat-malty taste with yeasts and a tart hopbitter lasting finish. A very tasty hop accentuated uncommon (northern style) Weizen.
