Weizenbier, hell und unfiltriert, mit naturbelassener Hefe, erfrischt durch seine Spritzigkeit. Ein gut gehopftes Trinkvergnügen.

Swing top bottle from MoritzF. Touch of glue and orange in both aroma and flavor. Hints of flowery hoppiness. A bit dusty.

Bottle. Pale cloudy orange. Decent fluffy head. Aroma of bananas and lemons. Taste is bananas, lemons, oranges and bread. No sweetness. Bitter hoppy finish. Creamy and nice mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. Süffig and easy drinking. Quite alright for a non-bavarian Weissbier.

Bottle @ Benzai’s crazy carnaval, small sample. BB 10.03.16. Almost clear golden color, short frothy head. Aroma of grainy malt, banana. Sweet banana taste. Very thin. Crap for a weizen.

Bottle @ Don’t want anything to do with carnaval tasting. Hazy light golden color, medium white head. Smell and taste wheat, yeast, koriander, herbs or spices. Average to medium body and carbonation. Average beer.

Bottles 0,50 lt courtesy of a German colleague/friend. Pours a nice hazy golden color, the heady foam is white and tick. Nose of lemon/lime, yeast, apple juice. Mouth is very balanced indeed: sweet initial notes a bit close to caramel, overall feel of a typical weizen but smoother and milder with a nice overall sweetness. Peculiar beer, I liked it although not my favorite style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy yellow, big white foam head. Nose is clove, lemon, caramel. Taste is caramel, lemon, clove, but it’s quite dry and flavours are not that strong.
