Scarlet Noir is an award winning mead made from a delightful combination of Mississippi Cotton Blossom honey and California Pinot Noir grape juice that is fermented together to form a flavorful mead that starts like a Pinot but finishes smooth with a soft and slightly sweet mouthfeel. Scarlet Noir is one of our crossover meads that makes a great introduction to mead for traditional wine lovers but is also one of our more popular flavors for the diehard mead lover.

Bottle shared at DACBE New Year's share. Pours a clear pinkish ruby color. Floral honey aromas with redcurrant and light grape aromas. A touch thin on the palate with lingering fruit. A bit boozy.
