Yggdrasil Idun Hopped Cider Milky gold with a soft musty apple aroma. The taste is sweet waxy apple skins. I don’t get the hops but it’s a pleasant cider with distinct apple flavor and character.

330 m bottle from mixed 6-pack delivery from the brewery. Pours cloudy, next to no foam, looking like some yellow-whitish milk. Nose has apples, acidity and some lacto and funk. Tastes tart, nice apples medium acidity. Dry and not that sweet. Great balance and well refreshing.

super turbid. Very funky nose. Dry, burnt plastic, stewed apples, herbaceous nose. Very funky. Modestly tart. Super well balanced. Funky yeasty. Excellent

Tap at the brew pub. glowing, hazy, cloudy, yellow. flat. Nose is apple, some skin, light tannins. Light sweetness, nice tartness, a touch of tannin. Nice balance and crisp, clean.

Draft at Yggdrasil. Pours a clearish, slightly cloudy straw yellow color with a finger of white foam. Musty apple, cobweb, hay with citrus and light pine aromas. Nice unfiltered, grainy texture on the palate. More musty apple with citrus hoppy notes and light pine.
