Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clear silver, pale straw color with a quickly dissipating finger of bubbly white foam. Champagne yeast nose with mineral, pear and more yeast aromas. Dry on the palate with a lot of alcohol present, cheap white wine notes and tartness.
