Das neue Bio-Ingwer-Bier ist eine alkoholhaltige, fermentierte Spezialität aus Bio-Ingwer, Bio-Hopfen und Brauwasser aus den Tiefen des Teutoburger Waldes. Bierhefe und die Bio-Ingwer-Zutaten sorgen für den angenehmen, fein-würzigen Ingwergeschmack. Die Rohstoffe werden aus ökologischer Landwirtschaft ohne Agrarchemie, Pestizide und Kunstdünger hergestellt und sind von höchster Qualität und Reinheit. Frei von Hirse und Mungobohnen.

Bottle doesnt look good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, almost washy, only very light ginger notes. Finish a bit drier. Nothing special.

Sektgeruch. Trockener Antrunk mit sektähnlichkeit, der nach kurzer Zeit zum Ingweraroma wird. Süß, etwas Zitrus, dann wieder Sektnoten, trocken. Wässriger, wenig herber Abgang mit geringer Süße. Naja....4/5/5/4/3/4

Bottled. Pale yellow, no head. Aroma of vegetables and ginger. Sweetish, thin and void. Foul and useless.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear yellow with a bubbly, white head that quickly dissipates. A light citrusy nose in the nose. Light body, very heavy carbonation with notes of cardboard and citrus. No bitterness. 141208

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of cactus and fruits. The flavor is thin artificial sweet and with notes of cactus, not me.

50 cl clear bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully diminished white head. Citric and mild candy like aroma. Flat flavoured of vague ginger and mild citric. Lasting citric note.
