Hazy and pale amber, with just a thin head. Lots of tartness, the amber malt, bit of rye, touch phenolic in the finish.

473mL can, pours a clear copper with a tiny head. Aroma reveals plenty of oak, hay, earthy and spicy notes from the rye, and a farmhouse character. Flavour is quite citric, with plenty of wood, farmhouse notes, and tart citrus. Somewhat earthy and hay-like finish. Good stuff.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold-amber with a medium, bubbly, short lived, white head that laces. Aroma of funky Brett, wheat malt, white wine, spicy rye, lemon, hay and oak. Sweet flavour of funky Brett, white wine, lemon, lime, wheat malt, spicy rye, hay, vinegar, white pepper and oak in a dry, sour Lacto finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Refreshing and very enjoyable. Has some complexity to it.
