The beer you are holding now is a North German style Pilsner. The many sub-types of the Pilsner style are the professional brewer's holy grail due to the simplicity in ingredients and need for trained technique in production. One type of malt has to give sweetness and bread-like character. One type of hop for firm bitterness and light, herbal aroma and, in this case Danish yeast for a full yet crisp and delicate finish. We hope you love this example as much as we do. - T. Fritts (Owner, Old Nation Brewing Co.)

Clear gold body with white head. Grassy and bready aroma. Malty taste with a good hop edge. Crisp to sweet finish. Simplicity in ingredients and recipe means: There is no room for mistakes. (A home brewer said that to me.

Can from Holiday Market. 2020 Summer Re-rate. Pours a clear straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Great lacing down the glass. Straw and hay aromas with a faint cracker-like malt nose. More crackery malt on the palate, but a little bready weight as well. Dry and bitter on the palate. Herbal and dry finish with a lingering mineral and yeast note.
