California knows how to party, and Alvarado Street Brewery knows how to make a super flavourful Double IPA – so we teamed up with them to make a delicious beer in the classic West Coast style. Dry hopping at a rate of 18g/l with Galaxy, Enigma and Mosaic give huge tropical fruit notes and a fresh berry character.

Can from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clearish gold with a quickly dissipating finger of white foam. Dank tropical fruit aromas with papaya, durian and passionfruit out front with some coconut notes as it warms. Gummy bears and peach rings on the palate with more citrus, light pine and honey mid-palate. The finish has some booze, pine and tropical fruit gummy bears. --- Beer merged from original tick of (collab with) Alvarado Street Big Cat Roar on 09 Jan 2020 at 01:59 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5.
