Cloudy orangeish body and modest foam, strong brett yeast introducing hay funk to otherwise smooth chewy hoppy notes. Flavour is all brett yeast, anything else isn't strong enough to defend itself, and there's good carbonation but otherwise the mouthfeel is a little watery. I can see what they're getting at, and can even imagine the destination, but we ain't there yet. Still not bad though by any stretch.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond colour with large head. Fairly funky, grape skins, lightly vinous, with soft mouthfeel, juicy tartness; some stone fruit, some grape.
Very good.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours an opaque bright golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with tropical fruits, along with saison yeast, and some brett. Flavour is both intensely fruity and bretty, with lots of wood, brett funk, and tropical fruits. Everything comes together well here, with the fruit and brett finishing cohesively. Fun stuff.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Soured white fruit and light funk. Soured grapefruit and white fruits with a long tart finish.
