A very special, and very limited, entry in our venerable Yeti Series, Mexican Chocolate Yeti is a sensory delight. We’ve added a variety of spices, vanilla and coffee to Yeti Imperial Stout to create our version of a traditional champurrado drink. Spiced chocolate drinks have been part of Aztec and Mayan cuisine and culture for centuries, but they have yet to be paired with a Yeti!

Can from Norm’s Market, Lake Stevens, WA, canned 18 Sept 2018, 1.5 years old
Black colour, medium sized beige head. Accent on dark chocolate, with mild spices, cookies, thankfully no green pepper; it's smooth, with mild sweetness, and a nice, moderate alcohol warmth.

Poured from 568mL can. Black with small tan head. Dark cocoa powder, mild roast malt with cinnamon and light chilli pepper. Good, but there are better Yetis.

19.2 oz. can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with spices, especially chili pepper and cinnamon, followed by roasted malt, and cocoa nibs. Flavour is full of deep cocoa nibs, roasted malt, cinnamon and a touch of chili peppers. It's fairly dry and earthy in the cocoa nib character. I'm not usually a fan of these spices together, and this isn't really an exception, but this is made well.
