A very special, and very limited, entry in our venerable Yeti Series, Mexican Chocolate Yeti is a sensory delight. We’ve added a variety of spices, vanilla and coffee to Yeti Imperial Stout to create our version of a traditional champurrado drink. Spiced chocolate drinks have been part of Aztec and Mayan cuisine and culture for centuries, but they have yet to be paired with a Yeti!

This is what you get when you add adjuncts to a wonderful base beer, and keep them dialed in. The reason why many of us started rating adjunct loaded beers very high in the first place. It was about a solid base more than the fancy junk. The fancy junk here involves coffee, light chile and cacao. Plenty of roast. Black pour with great mocha head. Bitter end. Great body, solid beer. Big tall can.

Pretty dang fantastic. Bittersweet chocolate mixes with vanilla, cinnamon, and a deep rich vein of mocha and pipe tobacco. Finishes with a touch of hoppy bitterness and roast. Lacks the chili punch of most Mexican chocolate stouts, but it's not needed. Delicious.

Can. A black one, with a small beige head. The aroma has a nice touch of cinnamon, with roasted malts, coffee, burnt malts and alcohol. It's full bodied and lightly warming, gently carbonated and sweet, with a good sweetness. Roasted malts, coffee, alcohol, some generic spice notes and hints of gingerbread. Lasting finish. Nice indeed. 240622

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of chocolate notes with some faint spicy pepper notes is quite nice. Taste is also a great mix of cocoa nibs with some light roasted malt with some vanilla and faint pepper notes. Body is full with a nice creamy texture and good carbonation. Solid mix of flavors.
