The Pale Ale Française name is a nod to the beer renewal brought upon by pale ale type beers. Our PAF is a refreshing light “thirst” beer. Its fine herbaceous and citrusy bitterness comes from the use of the french Bouclier hop. It’s the beer of vacation afternoons, BBQs, and thirst quenching after sports...

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Clear gold colour lasting white head. A little herbal on aroma. Not a hop i am familiar with. So its a herby hoppy blond ale. Pretty good i thought. A bit too fizzy. Ok though Herby hoppy not much else.c

Gusher. Hazy pale golden colour, lot's of loose fizzy foam, mostly diminishing but slowly, sticky lacing. Light nose, lemon, elderflower, herbal notes. Taste medium sweet, light bitter, plus an acid note, citrus, fruity, herbal notes. Dry sweetbitter aftertaste, chalky notes, orange pith, light body, watery to oily texture, lively carbonation, good thirst quencher but nothing special.
