(330ml Feb 2017 bottle from Hemköp Ryd, Linköping) Pours a fairly hazy straw yellow with a moderate white head that fades to a fine ring without lace. Aroma of strong elderflower, lemon, light yuzu zest, gooseberry, sourdough, light grain, a bit of funky Brett, tart overall. Flavour lacks some of the floral/citrus punch of the nose, moderately tart lemon with zest/pith, sourdough, some elderflower and grassy notes, touches of grain, a bit of a soapy hop character in the back, light Brett. Light bodied, sprightly refreshing carbonation. No serious complexity here, but a nice nose, sourdough character, and an enjoyable supermarket brew.

(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Hazy yellow colour with big, frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, washing-up liquid, white bread, grass and dough. Fruity, tart taste with lemon juice, gooseberries, dough, bread, grass and a mild citric bitterness in a dry and tart finish. Light body, dry. On the light side, but tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
