Boozy, malty, a touch sweet. Raisin, licorice root, caramel, tobacco. Rich and smooth. Excellent.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 10 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5

Pretty much as good as it gets for a bW. Has all the components of a barley wine. Hides abv very well. Fairly sweet but that is to be expected. The nose and palate show amazing depth - which I can’t talk about as Untappd’s letter count is too low
