(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Malty fruity nose with notes of apricots, toast, dried fruit and flowers. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, crisp-bread, toast, dried fruit, ginger biscuits, spices and hay. Gentle bitterness. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Interesting, and quite tasty. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle. Nice and refreshing with high sweetness and rather heavy ginger notes. Can’t really say this is a saison though, or a beer at all to be honest, tastes more like ginger soda.

330ml Bottle - Hazy light amber with a small head. Ginger and lemon in the aroma. Spicy and fruity taste with a moderate sweetness and notes of ginger, sultanas and lemon standing out. Refreshing. Reminds me of some of the alcoholic ginger beers on the market these days.

Bottled, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm. Hazy orange colour, small head. Elderflowers, citrus and bread up front. Mid dry with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Elderflowers, grain and marzipan dominates. Mid bitter finish. Refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak sour ginger aroma. Fruity weak sour ginger flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak sour ginger finish.
