Fairly hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, citrus, herbal notes and Brett. Infection? Surely not! Flavour light to moderate sweet, moderate bitter and light sour. Light medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

On tap at Botanica Wine & Beer Garden, pours a hazy amber with a large beige head. Aroma brings out sweet bready malt, very low on the hops. Flavour is soft, with bready malt and lightly sweet cereal malt. Soft palate and rather warm. It's okay.

Sample in small snifter @Botanico, Phnom Penh. Hazy medium amber colour, good frothy off-white head, good lacing. Aroma sweet malts, caramel, hay. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, toffee, grassy hops. Malty bittersweet aftertaste, grainy notes, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Quite nice rather bitter amber ale.
