Vi går planken for siste gang i Phnom Penh mars-19, nå på Botanico Wine & Beer Garden: lett uklar rødgylden med fint skum som varer. Saftig aroma og smak med citrongress, engelsk appelsinmarmelade, urter og furunål. Solide saker!

Sample in small snifter @Botanico, Phnom Penh. Hazy medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, good lacing. Sweet malty nose, rich aroma caramel, fudge, fruity, melon, white grapes, light honey, yeasty. Smooth taste, medium bitter and light sweet, malty, toffee, fruity, light honey. Mellow sweetbitter aftertaste, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Very nice, their best.

Dumpf hopfiger Beginn, zwar stark aber eher muffig als frisch. Wässrig bitter im Mittelteil, geringe Karbonisierung. Langer Nachhall. 10/8/7/7//8
