The nose is rich, with strong coffee, mocha, burnt toast, and marmalade. The palate is medium bodied, with mocha and bitter chocolate dominating. Finish returns us to strong, dark roasted coffee and malty legs.

Thin beige head. Clear black pour. Light chocolate and light infection.

Near black with a beige head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, light Brett infection, roast and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Still infected, but a stout hides more flaws..

Aroma is mushroom soy sauce slight cocoa and melasses. Taste is umami mushroom with slight cocoa bitterness. Drinkable. A bit harsh but OK. Not balanced though.
