Can from Holiday Market. Pours a crystal clear straw gold with a full 2 fingers of foam that lingers. Lovely bread malt aromas with some light grass and honey notes. Smooth and crisp on the palate. Great balance. Not as light as some Czech pilsners, but not overly malty either. Honeyed bread with faint pepper and grass on the finish. Very nice German pils.

Pour is a hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is some cracker malt with some bittering hops. Flavor is almost a creamy rich dough malt with a grassy green hop. Finish leaves some of the bready malt on the tongue. Nice flavorful pils with plenty of bready malt to go around.
