No head. Clear golden color.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 18 Dec 2019) Golden colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with oak wood, grapefruit, sour grapes, unripe peaches and cellar. Fruity, tart taste with notes of oak wood, green apples, sour grapes, citrus, barnyard and hints of lambic in dry and tart finish. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and complex, with a fresh tartness. Nice one.

Tap at Tullen Hornstull. Hazy pale straw with brief, white head. Funky, citrus with dry grass, a wee bit of barnyard and blonde biscuits. Nice funkiness.

Keg at Tullen, Stockholm . Hazy pale amber, small head. Lactic funky nose. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Butter, citric acid, tart cherries,mild grass. Low bitterness. Complex and lambic-y.
