Klassisk amerikansk IPA med 30 % municher malt som ger en djup gyllene färg till ölen och även ett djup rent smakmässigt. Mindre beska och mycket sena humlegivor som ger extra aromer. Man kan hitta toner av citus, tropisk frukt och granskott. Ett friskt alternativ. Passar väldigt bra som ”bara dricka och njuta IPA”. Fri från gluten.

Humle: Citra, Cascade, Taiheke.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy amber colour with a small light beige head. Aroma of grapefruit, peaches, orange peel, grass and dry hay. Flavour of grass, grapefruit, pine and flowers. Has a slick and a little silky mouth feel, light to medium body and a medium level bitterness. Fruity and decent.

0,33 litre Bottle, from Systembolaget Mora. Straight from The Bottle, at a Hotel. Malts, hops, yeast, grain, pine, Fruity, some Piney bitterness.

Draught@Bishops Arms Hornsgatan, Stockholm. Hazy golden colour, small white head. aroma is fruity, ripe fruits, mild nectar, some grass and a bit toffeeish notes. Flavour is toffee, some sweet fruity, nectary and resiny notes with a nice floral and grassy bitterness in the finish.

Tap at Stormgatan - Taproom by Hyllie Bryggeri, Malmö (15/04/2023) - New 🇸🇪 brewery ✅ sweet malty and resinous hoppy, citrus fruity with some grapefruit and tangerine, peachy accents, sweet malty backbone, waxy hop resin, hop spice bite, bitter hoppy finish. Dukket i Tyrihansveien. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Lavt luftig skum. Forsiktig klementinaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken balansert. Mange. Klementin. Litt søt. Behagelig tørr avslutning.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Generous grapefruit aroma. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruit and bread. Long bitter finish.

Tap @ Bishop's Arms, hornsgatan. Poured deep golden color with a thick white head. Tropical fruity aroma, hops, juiciness. Nice fruity flavors, juicy hops. Refreshing.
