Again after some years of oblivion. Clear yellow, brief airy head. No lace. Surprisingly well bodied & balanced. Aroma of hay & grass with metallic notes. The taste is grainy sweet with a note of bitter. Malt & hops in ending. OK

Head: white, smallish, soapy, poor retention. Colour: yellow, clear.

Aroma: hops and malt sweetness (minty lollipop), some late bready/doughy maltiness too.

Taste: moderate malt sweetness, a bit of hop bitterness, CO2.

A clean and crisp helle-like lager, no off-flavours. Quite up to german standards.
