Magic Trait - Foeder Aged Solera Sour w/ Blackberry, Blackcurrant, & Blueberry - 7% abv - A classic returns... and this might just be the jammiest blend yet. We are experimenting with bottling our beer with a bit of residual sweetness, which is something I said I'd never do, but the results don't lie. The hint of sweetness makes the fruit pop like never before!

pink purple color. Bourbon, oak, raspberries, blueberries. Nice fruit character but the depth isn’t there compared to magic lambic. Nice bourbon character, tart modestly Jammy. Decent depth. Good stuff but not mind blowing.

Draught @ MBWAC 2020, Copenhagen. juicy, tart and funky with some farmyard, oak, berry notes and sweetness. Quite good.

375 ml bottle from Holiday Market. Pours a deep purple magenta color with a finger of off-white foam that dissipates. Big, jam-forward nose with blackcurrant and black raspberry standing out. As it warms a touch of blueberry comes out with some faint oak notes. Tart and slightly acidic on the palate but clear blueberry notes on the palate with more tart wildberry flavors to compliement. Some blackberry seed and skin on the finish.
