B.C.'H'. gone in seconds over muddy red-brown beer. End of bottle solid yeast. Sour cherries, old barrels, vinous. Cherries, very ripe, with cinnamon and other X-mas herbs. Old wine, almost port-like aroma retronasal. Sour cherries & red fruitjuice galore. Lipsmacking acidity, dry-out effect, acidburn and -thinning, faintly oily-filmy feel. Excellent fruitbeer.
