In 2017, we reformed Stillwater's origin beer, merging it back into our evolving stream of thought where once it sat untouched. Still paying homage to old world tradition while celebrating new world innovation, Stateside is now dry hopped and more refined.

Slightly hazy pale golden colour, small fizzy white head, dissipating slowly, light lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, apricot, lemon, light yeast, some vegetables. Taste medium sweet and bitter, grainy, apricot, lemon, orange peel, yeast, spicy notes. Sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering orange pith and spiciness, peppery on the tongue, medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, not a traditional saison but enjoyable.
