Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orangish red, thin off-white head. Aroma: Funky, fruity, bit vinuous. Taste: Funky, leather and some farmyard, fruity notes of blackberry and grape, some wood and tannins. Bit vinuous. A lot of leather at the finish. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Light to moderate tart and sweet, light bitterness. Just below average carbonation, bit sparkling, medium body. Nice one.

Bottle at Oproer restaurant. Slight hazy dark red to brown with beige head. Huge oak, red wine, light funk, blueberries, sweet cherries and light blackberries. Quite vineous and oaky, dry herbs and dusty dry cellar funk. Under medium sour and bitter, light sweet. Solid medium bodied with soft sparkly carbonation. Not bad! Lots of barrel notes though.

Bottle at Oproer. Slightly unclear pale rosé with white ring head. Sour grains and grenadine lemonade, sweet cherries, blueberries, oak and red wine. Medium sour, sweet edge, bitter undertones. Medium body and soft carbonation. Bit heavy feel in the alcohol department, with some old rubberband aromas in the first sips after opening. Disappeared after clearing a while.
