Shimane x Itakura Sake Orochi 2019 9% Near the end of the bottle, funkier aroma than the 2018. Orange liquor sake funk with sweet syrupy malts. Getting long in the tooth but still good.

Tap at Komachi. Glowing golden orange, hazy, with a thick, low head. Nose is peaches / apricot, massive fruit. Rich jammy stone fruit flavor, tangy citrus, slightly spicy koji but mainly fruity. light and persistent carbonation. Lovely stuff. Another great one.

Murky gold with a small white head. Light lemon notes. Light lemon and some bready notes with a light boozy sake finish.
