Under vårt första år har vi bryggt en uppsjö av olika pale ale i olika kombinationer, men många efterfrågade en återkommande pale ale. Ångkvarns Pale Ale är humlad endast med favorithumlen Citra och har fokus på drickbarheten. Tanken är att man ska kunna avnjuta flera.

(Draught at Byggeriet Ångkvarn, Uppsala, 10 Aug 2024) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, peaches and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, grass, peaches and a balanced citric/pieny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and well balanced. Nice one.

Keg at Ångkvarn, Uppsala. Almost clear golden, small head. Rich aroma of sweaty tangerines, grass and papaya. Dry with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Papaya and grass. Fairly low bitterness. Very pleasant.

Sample at SBWF 2017. Hazy golden/yellow with a small white head. Fresh and rather mild with hops, citrus, some light pineapple and malt. Medium body and bitterness. An easy to drink one.
